Meza Water Well Drilling is a family business located in Alvin, Texas.
It all started on Monday November 20, 1983 when I started working for a family owned water well business in Pearland, Texas. I was hired on as a helper and some of my job duties included washing and greasing rigs and service trucks and helping with drilling.
My first day on the job I was sent to Baytown to help the crew finish up a 500กว and 4กษ well. Out of all the jobs I ever had (and I had many since I started working at the age of 13 years old), that first experience drilling a water well was the most interesting to me. After my first day on the job I knew I wanted to become a driller and someday own my own water well business. Six months on the job, I started drilling 2กษ & 4กษ residential wells and I did a handful of those when I moved up to drilling bigger wells like 18กว wells and 1500กว depth wells like commercial and Farmer irrigation wells.
I worked many long hot summer days, and cold rainy nights throughout the years but I enjoyed and was very passionate about my work. I was always ready and eager to learn all there was about water wells. Every single day I stayed focused on my dream of owning of my own water well company, no matter how hard it got. I will always appreciate my bosses who gave me the opportunity to become a driller. Many years passed since that first day on the job but my dream finally came true on Friday November 12, 2014 in Angleton Texas when I registered Meza Well Service. My words of advice to my childen and anyone who will listen is that you never EVER give up on what you want in life.
